Sustainability

Natural stone is a responsible choice – domestic origin, long service life and low maintenance. This is how sustainability shows in our work.

All stones are quarried from our own quarries in the Tampere region – short transport and traceable origin.

Granite lasts for decades – it does not rot, rust or need treatment. A long service life is the best recycling.

Domestic stone does not need long sea transports – the carbon footprint is small compared with imported stone.

Sustainability also shows in our workshop: offcuts are reused, polishing water is recycled and lighting is energy-efficient.
